You can use this form to drop us a line if you have a general enquiry, if you're interested in hiring the LGSW to play at your function or event, or if you're interested in joining us as a player.

If you're interested in hiring us, please include some detail as to what your event is, what kind of music you'd like us to play (if you have an idea, otherwise we can make some suggestions), and how many of us you could accommodate (we can play from a 5 or 10 piece right up to a full band of 50 players).

If you're interested in joining us, please drop us a note with what instrument you play and a rough idea of your ability.

 

We welcome applications from everyone and particularly encourage those from underrepresented backgrounds and groups in both the classical music and LGBTQ+ communities. Members pay a monthly or annual subscription fee to be part of the LGSW, but we are able to offer fee concessions in some cases.

We normally suggest an ability around the UK Grade 5 mark as the minimum standard for players in the band, but we can be flexible depending on the circumstances.

 

Please be advised, though, there might be a waiting list for the section you're interested in joining. But we'd love to hear from you all the same!
